Reformer Pilates
At Glow Up, we offer small group Reformer Pilates classes designed to strengthen, tone, and align your body. Choose from three class styles to suit your goals:
Strength
This is not your average Pilates class. Expect heavy springs, weighted moves, and pure muscle burn. Every sequence is designed to build strength, sculpt lean muscle, and take you to your edge — we push for that final rep, that deep shake, that moment where mind meets muscle. You’ll leave stronger, sweatier, and more powerful than when you walked in.
Open Class
Our open class welcomes both beginners and intermediates. You’ll build strength, stability, and control through dynamic sequences that challenge your body and deepen your practice. Expect a blend of burn, balance, and a touch of cardio to elevate your heart rate. Each session ends with intentional lengthening and mobility work, leaving you feeling strong, aligned, and unstoppable.
Hybrid
Hybrid (Pilates x Jumpboard)
A high-energy fusion of Pilates power and cardio burn.
We hit the jumpboard for explosive, heart-pumping combos, then slow it down with strength-based, controlled Reformer Pilates. Expect sweat, shakes, and serious endorphins. This class is fun, fiery, and guaranteed to leave you glowing (and maybe a little gasping).
